Where would people prefer Staff Monitoring?

So since about three weeks ago ive started to monitor servers more but I saw that skywars is less active than before soI'll ask the onr who knows more than me, aka all of you :

Where do you need more staff to monitor? Where do you experience a lot of players breaking the rules?

Ill monitor all servers still but I'll be on more on the onr who have more hackers

Mostly Skywars
For some reason I think people hacking are like ‘scared’ to pvp and they just hover around a person and boom the person that’s hovered over is ded and to flee if they have low health
I’m not being mean or rude or anything....
