When will fns work?

I have always wanted to use the fns(flint n steal) because I Iike burning people for me it's one of the most op items xD but idkw it's gitch or bug in sw well not realy just sw but also in SG does any one know why doesn't it work? Yes ik (haters: V: ahh get pyro kit) yes ik there's a specific kit from that but there's 2 problems with it for me.
Yu can only burn them with ur sword no axes
I prefer having the best and only (for me) projectile and it can kil from far distant and close
I woud like fns to be added that would be pretty good and it can help killing hackers because some go for you if your in ur island and you can maybe get massive damage but he can be like healf a heart and if you would fns he would die slwly and painfully xD
Ik for some of you guys it may be ntg but for some people who know how to use correctly can get some ez kils

I actually do hope this is added but it will cause campers to have an extra way of defense ;-;
