Have you tried selecting the gun you've bought? Because you need to equip it after buying it.

Check your money again to see if you actually bought it or equip/enable the gun you bought if you haven't already did.

And it's pretty disrespectful to the developers of the game buy posting a huge picture of the word "RipOff" since they worked hard on it and it's still in Beta. Keep your feelings to yourself.
