Whats with hate on furries?
Not here, other places like YouTube or other random sites.
Yeah, i get that there's the... sexual things people link to Furries, and i admit, some Furries DO do that, but thats a small sliver in the world of all things fur.
Obviously, there's people like Telephone, or Hazard who really inhabit their fursona and really bring them to life, its amazing, characters coming to life, it doesn't matter if they are bubbly or timid, everyone who accepts them fall in love, they are so freaking cute, and its like magic, you turn into this new person and really just let go, some Furries make their fursona a jerk, others naive and the magic of it all can really whisk you away into their arms, surrouned by fur, and someone who accepts you for who you are.
Some people are afraid of us, and thats okay, meeting a giant furry animal can be daunting, but i assure you we wont hurt you, and if you spend a little time around us you could fall in love with us and maybe become a furry, most furries become furries from, well, seeing a furry, and the magic and love they bring.
And THEN there are homophobes, the majority of furries identify as homosexual or bisexual, causing as- annoying people to target them, and its sad to see someone being bullied for liking the same gender, LOVE IS LOVE.
Honestly, i think most of the people who dislike furries dislike us because we are afraid of things we can't understand, as humans thats just something we do, or otherwise don't do.
I may make a thread on how to stay safe while fursuiting, so stay tuned for that!
