To get rid of this error, can you try to turn off these buttons and the lower "Render Distance chucks" "Anti-Aliasing" "Particle Render Distance" in the "Settings" button > the "Video" button? It never happened to me for two months when I tried to turn off these buttons and the lower "Render Distance chucks" "Anti-Aliasing" "Particle Render Distance".

It has something to do with chunks not loading I think. Well it has something to do with chunks, I know that. Try what Spike said then rejoin.
