1.The baby is crying
2.The clothes are hanging outside and it has started to rain
3.The water is running from the tap
4.The doorbell is ringing
5.The phone is ringing

1. Nurture the baby so s/he stops crying.
2. Get the clothes.
3. Turn off the tap.
4. Answer the door.
5. Answer the phone.

Firstly, I'd help the baby, while at the same time turn off the tap.
Then, I'd take the clothes while answering the phone (I'm thinking the phone is mine, and mine irl is waterproof, so...)
Lastly, I'd answer the door.

Wait, I thought of a better solution.
First, answer the door. I'd ask the person at the door if they can help me take the clothes. If they can, they take the clothes while I help the baby and turn of the tap.
Then, I'd answer the phone.
If they can't then I'd do what I said earlier:
