A New Hope of course is the OG and best. The OG trilogy os by far the best. The sequels added some good lore and a lot of good ideas but some cringy writing was put in. The new trilogy started off well until they spammed in a bunch of stuff that never benefited the story at all to be "woke"(I'm ok usually with woke things as long as it makes the story better and drives it), and the final movie was literally just fan service after some fans disliked The Last Jedi. Look up the original script for episode 9, the movie could have been soooooo much better. (The script is called "Duel of the Fates"(name of script comes from a song in the prequels) by what I recall.)
I really like Star Wars but it needs to get better in It's quality saying in my opinion It's on a decline.

I appreciate all the movies and I've been a die hard star wars fan since I was like 7, obviously the originals are my favorite after that but I love this movie the most. It brings everything together and it's really a tragedy above all else.
