What is "the watcher"?

From what I've learnt, it's an anti-hack system that watches over the server, and kicks players with errors because it thinks you may be using hacks. So basically, an upgraded anti-hack system, which is supposed to be better than the old one.

Some hackers are genius, they use pass by anticheat, so for example when they fly with pass by anticheat, they cant get kick by server except admins.I notice this since hackers can fly like in creative mode,so please report quickly, and thanks for the report!!!
