Thats the last thing that " JaggedSign " have done on BL .

JaggedSign was a Hacker that hated staff since they deny his application , so he always tried to ruin BL .
JaggedSign died and his ghost haunt BL , when you see the sign it means that you're gonna die soon , sincere condolances :x
