What happened to the Dynamic Server?

after eating lunch i went to join the Dynamic Skywars Server (port 2011)
and it said "unable to connect to world" this is still happening and its 6pm
but im able to play when i change the IP to play.brlns.net
is it just me?

Sometimes the dynamics servers get shut off. If you are in the server and this happens, your screen will freeze and then it will say "Disconnected from the server"
