Firstly - if you would like to contact them, their discord is Geniality#6725

Secondly, they essentially got banned. Looooong story short, they were getting hate, they did stuff wrong, so yeah. That was a long while ago. They've improved. I can confirm they bought me +100 friend slots so they do stick to some promises, now. (Can't say all but, then again, they only promised me the one +100 friend slots. so. lol) They've also made friends with the Hypixel staff and I'm pretty sure they are the staff team there are on good terms currently.
