It is simple 
1. Be helpful and kind, even when no one is looking.
2. Report players when they are breaking the rules.
3. Report bugs when you see them so the server can function better.
Currently, staff application are not open, but you can still try!
When staff applications are open, start a convo with Warriorgirl3333 and vertx and explain to them what makes you a good staff member and why they should pick you over other people.

EDIT: You will also have to be active on servers and forums, on forums, you must have an active member status or plus.

Here a tip: Never ask for admin or staff you know why GL.
