what does it mean if an acc is disabled?

idk if this is the right place to post this but uh i just wanna know if disabled means banned or not? and uh this is my other acc but i dont use it anymore i just happen to click on it and in the profile it says disabled

I believe that only means you have friend invites disabled don't worry lol
