What are my mistakes as a mod ?

I used to play OITC and bowspleef was the only game I played before the problem that happened when everyone was getting banned a lot then randomly started playing SG, I don't go on Bl much anymore. I enjoy playing factions and LB

I've rarely seen him , I guess he goes mostly on OITC because he is The 'Best' PvPer.
