Hold on, if "No one" has the most votes, does no one get banished? Because if so, you should vote for someone otherwise the werewolves will keep killing someone each night, if that makes sense.

generally you don't want to kick anyone out this early because you don't have enough information. If you banish a villager it gives you less time to find the werewolves.
