It could be your WiFi or internet not running smoothly, but if your connection is running fast and smoothly, than its the server experiencing lag at the moment. See, your internet or WiFi is what helps you connect and be able to stay on the server without disconnecting. BrokenLens on the other hand is not receiving your internet or WiFi. This means if you are on the server and its lagging but your internet or WiFi is running smoothly, its not your internet, its the server. My suggestion to fix this is to just wait some time (preferably 5-15 minutes) and then come back on.
