Why there is a red "I" letter in front of my name guys? What does that mean?

That means that you are not able to see players, you must have clicked the green dye in your inventory, or you must have dine the /players command. If you want to be able to see players again do /players or click the green dye.

When you do the /players command or click the green dye, you will not be able to see players in the lobby, if you want to see players in the lobby again do the /players command or click the green dye.
