If that's how you feel about Florida, how about I tell you my story in summer 2017 when me and my family went to Florida. Only places I remember going to were Fort Lauderdale and Miami. We were mainly in a car and in hotels with air conditioning so when we went to go on a stroll at the beach, we had to get out the car. Once we did that, me and my family were like DYING of how hot this place is. Consider that I'm accustomed to environments that are 50-60 degrees and Florida is around 90. My parents talked to some natives (idk what to say) walking by about the heat and they asked where they came from. They told them and guess what the natives said?
"Man _____ ____ is so cold" I think. XD

I’m in Jacksonville Florida but yah it gets really hot. The Canadian geese don’t even migrate back to Canada because the weather stays so warm through out the year.

There Guinea Pigs which are cavies not actual pigs lol. In imagination land it can be any temp you want it to be ^_~

So starting off week one....

While walking out to the back porch to get a water from the other fridge I spotted a photo opportunity.

This is Meow (again, I’m not good at names) he was a skinny stray that wandered up and after hours every day spent trying to gain trust he’s now a inside outside cat.

For Fathers Day on Sunday my dad, brother, sister, stepmom and I went on a nice boat day. Surprisingly, it wasn’t storming which it had been everyday for about a week. Florida is so unpredictable.View attachment 94781

The weather was so hot and the sun was not shy at all. I have a terrible sunburn! CURSE MY PALE SKIN!

We cruised around and stopped at a little island with a sandy shore to swim. Small fish swam around us and my 4 year old sister got swarmed with seagulls wanting to take her sandwich, which they succeeded to do so. View attachment 94782After hours of swimming and forgetting to put on sunblock we went to a spot under a bridge to fish. A painful fishing session lead to a fishing pole being dropped and lost in the water to only a small trout and catfish being caught. It would have been more worth it to eat the bait shrimp then to waste it on the strong current and greedy fish lol.

Every time we go out on the boat we see dolphins but this time we could watch them play and swim around. It was amazing and I got it all on video but sadly SendVid downloads my videos upside down. At least you can enjoy these photos! View attachment 94787

It was an amazing day that ended with chocolate covered strawberries and a not so amazing sunburn.
