I mentioned before, there is no mod/helper online on forum at 3pm-6pm every weekday in my place. (look the screenshots below)
As helper cant perm ban ppl, they would rather give it to mod to handle the hacker reports. Just like today, lots of player reports but darkrainbows just waited for ssun to wake up cuz she can only ban 30 days. They need to tell mod to set the ban time to permanently for every report.
In this case, the hackers can keep playing even tho they got reported. I know staff member have their own life, that’s why we need more mod or its time to revamp as some mod are not active.
I always see @ssunsett @HazardTheDutchAD @Ray_Palmer_Atom dealing with the player reports, but when they are busy of other stuff in their life/ taking rest, the hackers are out of control.
Either let helper have the power to perm ban or more mod.
