I believe part of it might be a catch 22 situation where players don't join games that don't have players.too bad the dead games aren’t
It certainly seems like having experience bonuses and special events revitalizes certain game-modes even if that might be more of a temporary shift in who is playing what mode.
Personally I'm not too sure what changes should be made to account for this issue as many of these less popular game-modes are quite engaging and interesting to play.

I don't think a perm boost is a great idea, I think it's best to merge all the dead games together into party games.

If it turns into party games, there will still be lb for every game, but to start grinding now, you would have to play all games that would be in party games.

Games that would like get added is like tnt tag, spleef, OINC, Quake craft, The best Builder, and splatter. as those games are small fun games, but it's dead.

Small games that would not get added is TNT Run and Block party because those games are quite popular.
And Survival Games is just too long to be added as a part of Party Games. So for SG, xp boost during rare times would be great for that.

any game can be long lol especially quake with un experienced players
and if i wanted to play a certain game i wouldnt be able to play it without playing like 9 other games every time

IDK what's best because some people want to play other games but they can't because the games are just dead, I'm just trying to give an idea so it gives a chance for everyone to at least play a game that they would like.
