Watcher???

The Watcher is basically a Snow Golem which is the Anti-Cheat system of BrokenLens.
The Watcher is more accurate than a staff member of BrokenLens.
The Watcher can detect hacks or anyone breaking the rules very easily and ban the user.
If The Watcher has banned a user, then that Ban is unlikely to be removed as the Watcher is always 100% sure when it bans a user.
When The Watcher kicks a player, then it is thinking that the user is using hacks but isn't sure. Sometimes The Watcher can kick you out because of lag issues.

When the person gets banned from the watcher, that doesn’t mean they will never be unbanned, its just that its very unlikely for them to be unbanned.
