Hi, I recently suggested the idea of nerfing a specific kit in BrokenLens, and somehow, a day after the suggestion, Lord vertx came in like a genie, and be like "Your w I s h has been granted" and boom! Farmer kit was nerfed! Now, I am here to suggest a kit to be buffed. The warrior kit. I'll show u the original gear, and then I'll show u my ideas for a buffed version of it.
Original version (lvl 1)
Full gold armor but with chain chestplate instead, and an Iron axe. (Iron axe deals same DMG as gold sword, which is pretty bad.
Buffed version of the kit:
Same armor, a diamond sword instead of an iron axe, and maybe like one cooked pork for food. I know this kit has levels, so maybe lvl 1 should get 1 pork and max should get like 2, and. Maybe armor could get a slight buff from lvl up too. I think at higher levels, the kit would have chain boots too.
I think a buff is good, and I will explain why by showing a look on how the kit plays in different mini games.
Skywars: better weapons are easily obtainable, than an Iron axe, and the same apply to armor too. A diamond sword would make sense in this game for the kit, making it able to do very well in a melee fight, as well with the like 1 piece of food added. Another good melee kit that isn't buster is good. Seeing buster is a bit repetitive.
HG: I know that diamond swords are unobtainable in chests, but I think warrior having a diamond sword, and be the only kit with one would be interesting. Currently HG is just buster plus iron sword is ez win, so having a good kit to fight it would make game easier.
Micro battles: MB would benefit from my concept for a buffed warrior kit. The metagame there is stale. Emeralds use pyro, and everyone else buster. I think that another strong melee kit would be great for the metagame, especially saying that pyro dominates the game.
I think with these buffs, warrior would be a DPS kit with some solid gear as well, instead of a useless one. I have heard that the kit is supposed to be a "starter kit" so it shouldn't be buffed, but it costs the same as kits like buster, which are quite good. Who would buy a weak kit instead of a strong one when they cost the same?
Anyways, thanks for listening to my TED talk.
