10 warning points on forums = ban
Examples:
Cussing
Inappropriate links
Spam
Etc..
40 warning points on server = ban
Examples:
Im not sure tbh XD

I dont know how long of a ban or if they disappear so..

Tan, you just copied what Arya said and added more examples even though they are either false or just repetition (cussing, swearing, inappropriate words and inappropriate language are basically all the same).

The staff don't just give you a warning every time you swear. It's got to be either severe or excessive and written in a way to purposefully dodge the filter. Also targeting and threatening someone on the server will just get you banned, no warning.

No they aren't. They're given either by the system automatically (as is in the case of the YT rank) or by a staff member .-. Your amount of reports and warning points are separate.
