hello all. i want to ask something, what it is warning point?

i have a bad feeling about this

Warning points is a just a system... if you get a certain amount of warning points you get banned.

Anyway, you probably got them because you did /youtube to many times, incorrectly. Or you didn't meet the requirements for rank. If you want a YouTube rank, apply for one here at the forums.
