Walking Particle

Something is wrong with buying or enabling walking particles. Tapping twice or lots of times doesn't work. There's another function I found buy holding down on a pair of blocks. A green loading is seen but nothing changes. If I'm wrong I think it needs to be more clear on how to buy and enable walking particles.
