A lot of Filipinos play in this server and I myself is Filipino,can u guys add walking particle for Filipinos?

theres already particles for different countries
so i dont see the harm in this

maybe change the particle names because particle usa colors: red white blue are the same as the filipino flag
same goes for the netherlands, they also have red blue and white. and france.

Yep... In the french translation the translator called it Blue White Red (because there are a lot of country using it?)

No one asked for it to be given to them though, he was just asking for the particle to be available in the shop

Yep (a good idea may be instead of just "USA particle" maybe vertx could add "USA/France/Philippines/whatever cuntry hasthesamecolors" to avoid confusion?)
