If you haven't read my recent bug report about how you could use two Walking Effects At once, then please read it, but it doesn't matter if you do or not.
So when I noticed I had the two walking effects on, I decided to try and turn them off with the particle in my item bar, kind of like how you do it with your clothing, you use the purple dye particle. But when i used it, it wasn't working, so I checked my render distance trying to see if it was toggled, but it wasn't, so the waling effect particle wasn't working.
