You can only experience this glitch/bug if you have a rank or are a staff.
The walking effect bug is that when you go into the shop you can get a walking effect particle and use the yellow weird looking particle in your item bar (it looks like the thing you use to get the gun in MurderMystery). After you have used the particle thing, you can go back into the shop and get another walking effect particle and the other one that you were using stays, while the one you recently have turned on is still being used. I don't know if this is supposed to be a thing, but I've never seen anyone else with it.
