Wait Why am I banned?

First, I have no clue why I was banned when I was banned and how. I came to brlns after a long time becuase I wanted to play OCTO, I put the server addreas and this came up

I have no clue why this happended. I also looked at some other ban appeals and some people have the same reason as well. Could I please get unbanned becuase I have no clue what this is, and what I did to get Perm Banned. The only time I've been banned was once for "Hacking". I think this might be an error in your system.
