Aypi, it's ok. Everyone makes mistakes every once and a while.. Even hazard, dark, and ssun sometimes. But you can't just keep all those failures brought up in you. You just got to let it go, and hope to do better! You've always been an amazing staff. I've honestly never seen you fail, make a mistake, disappoint, or bring pain. Your a good staff, don't hold onto your mistakes. I didn't want to say this aloud, but if anyone should go, it's hazard. So don't take yourself as the worst staff.

Stay. I know you brought alot of bad, but you can start fresh. Starting a new chapter with a goal and your heart ready, is a good start. #StayOnTheTeam

Everything stays right where you left it, everything stays but it still changes.

You deserve to have your former rank since you've contributed a lot ever since the beginning and still up to this day. The past is over and gone, those mistakes meant nothing now. I know you are in conflict with some of the staffs but there's something called respect since you're one of the first staff that contributed since then, there's a moment where some of the staffs could'v been demoted but you didn't and they might have forgotten that. You even contribute more than some other staff like how valuable you are here, I can count the active staffs here with just one hand. Stay, you should get back from where you are before, best of luck!
