I just purchased an Emerald Membership and it’s not reflecting in the game. When I made the account to make my purchase I used the name KittyCatz for my forum name. The gamer tag that is used on the game server is KittyCatz07. If this is the issue can you please fix this for me.

When purchasing a rank you MUST put your in game username or else it won’t work.

Thank you so much. I didn’t know that. I made the account but my daughter is the one who plays the game.

I’m not sure I am fully understanding this. When I made the account I used KittyCatz and when I made the purchase I put her in game user name where it said IGN. Is that correct?
