Video uploading websites

Does anyone know a working video uploading website except YT. I know streamable and sendvid, but idk why streamable takes ages and still can't upload and sendvid is always shxt, my Wifi speed is above average xD.

I want to upload clips for reporting hackers.

I tried that but when I was uploading using ipad. Then I copied the link and opened in my phone, nothing shown. I am sure that the upload process is completely done.

Hmmmm... i always use streamable and it doesn't take a lot of time for me and it's comfortable.
