It's still crashing when i recently got the genuine mcpe and another bug welcomed me the steve skins bug and i want to say fix this bug it's very hard to play thank you for understanding.

Maybe there is a update to your Minecraft? I was crashing and freezing a lot until I found out I needed to update my game.

Your old phone cant handle minecraft because your hardware is 2 old... and plus apple has the tendency to slow their phones down with every update.
I use a note 10 plus and minecraft runs smoothly and rarely crashes so its definitely your device

Maybe but i played the other servers they worked completely fine and didn't crash so i'm going to wait till the server refresh
