Upgradeable kits for players without ranks?

Noticing the last suggestion thread which hated on the p2w perks I thought there should be regular upgradable kits which gives a little bit more uses to coins and more ideas on kit levels and im not saying make the paying version of kits buyable but a slightly better version of kits that aren't as good as the paying ones. I would give an example of a worse version of a paying upgrade but I got nothing to use as reference. I wanna know what you guys think about this.

It would be fair to non vips. For those who is good at pvp and has non vips are unfair to vips. OR for non vips they just need it to be more EXPENSIVE like 100,000 lvl 2
