Unknown ban

When I got on the server I noticed that I got temp ban from one week, I don't remember when I got on, the only thing I remembered was that I let my sister play on my phone because she was bored, so I waited one week patiently and when I got on it said that i got permanently banned. I think this was a mistake. Btw it doesn't let me attach pictures from my phone so I think this might help if not how can I attach?
