Unfair perm ban

Soo, i was playing some BrokenLens and then i decided to hack on another phone. After i was banned on that phone, i went to play some legit BrokenLens, but i was banned on that device to. And not a regular ban, it was a perm ban. Im not saying i did not deserve to be perm banned, i just think a 2-3 day temp ban would've been fair. Saying all that, can you please change my perm ban to a temp one? Oh, and im really sorry that i hacked. I don't know why that came in my mind. Thanks.

You have an IP ban for hacking which is on ALL your IP's as well as both devices. We do not give hackers second chances.
