Its not that easy, You should start on helper going to your goals until you reach admin. It will not test you banning hackers for applications.

You should be honest always, and also don't ask for a staff everytime. This might cause of being denied.

Also goodluck on applying for staff. I thimk this should belong to off-topic section.

However, if you wanted to start a conversation with : WarriorGirl3333, vertx . Tell them why you wanted to be a part of a team.
