she was banned permanently last month , but could you give her another chance? since it isnt her fault

It isn't up to Ssun or Maddie- even though it wasn't "her fault" her parents charged back all the transactions she had done on BL and there were a lot- each of the charges- be it $2.50 for a name change or $10 for a rank cost the server an additional service fee for each transaction. If I remember correctly there were at least 10 transactions. The whole thing cost the server hundreds of dollars. I love Shane- she is my friend too but it's up to Vertx and I highly doubt it will happen given the magnitude of the whole thing.
