Unban my daughter please

My daughter got banned by mistake and you've said she's not allowed in for 2 days!!! She was banned for hacking into your server and unmuting herself, when she wasn't actually muted in the first place! The only thing my daughter hacks is my chocolate!!! Please tell me how she gets unbanned
 
Strel it may have been a ban without a thread to prove, as in Hazard was spectating her while she was doing whatever she was that caused her to be banned. Either way the only person who can really answer your question would be @HazardTheDutchAD

Hi cutiekawaiichan1 aka cutiekawaiichan,

The account you got previously muted on was the account: "cutiekawaiichan" was originally muted for extreme violence in roleplay including the use of blood and gore. This took place on the BlockParty server a few days ago. Anyways.. cutiekawaiichan1 was seen as her trying to bypass the mute by making another account to talk. Making another account to talk whilst muted isn't allowed on our server and instead of a mute you receive a ban for slightly longer than the original mute. Normally I would give a 5 days tempban but cutiekawaiichan1 received 3 days since the mute took place 2 days earlier. If you can promise you will no longer roleplay with the use of weapons or extreme violence I will lower the ban and remove the mute.

This is her mother and your account of her roleplay is unbelievable!! She says she used the word blood but she is not a violent person but meek and mild. This has shocked me immensely. Please show proof of this.

I'm sorry but blood and gore in roleplay's on our server is not permitted no matter how small it is. We try to be a server for all age groups that also means young kids that might find any sort of this kind of behaviour disturbing.

I cannot show you proof because of I do not take screenshots of every one I have to punish. @Springtrap_123 can probably explain a little better. he is an Administrator for the server and forums and might be able to help you out further. I have already explained the reason why I had banned your daughter I am requesting an admin just to help me further. Please do not create another appeal as I am locking this appeal until an admin responds. Admin's can respond to locked threads but players or members cannot.

I'm sorry, but staff members doesn't need proof, sometimes, since they are trusted. Anyways, can you tell your daughter what exactly happened about this? I don't quite understand about this. If she doesn't know, hazard would tell what exactly happened, instead. I unlocked the ban appeal now.

Hi I emailed your customer care and lodged a complaint about hazardthedutch as in his reply he stated he punishes and this sort of statement is unacceptable. I am very concerned that someone dealing with kids can state this is what they do.

he isnt punishing them without a valid reason, and it isnt even punishing, just a mute or a ban.

adding on to this, the staff never lies and your daughter was seen taking part in violent roleplaying and as hazard said, that is against the rules and results in a ban. Staff on this server never do anything without a good reason and never punish any player unless they harm or break the rules of the server.

OMG you think the word punish is acceptable? Why not say why I have mute or ban. Punish in regard to anyone dealing with kids is unacceptable period. Seems Minecraft has no clue who on earth are dealing with their players.

all of the staff members only punish players who hack or do anything that harasses other players or makes other players uncomfortable, as violent roleplaying could potientally cause this, which is why the staff do take the extra step in irder to prevent any problems in the future. What your daughter has gotten as a punishment for violent roleplaying was on her own self, meaning she was the one who caused it. She took part of it, which would conclude to a mute. If she tryings to go around the mute by creating another account, this would lead to a ban.

No, it's not about hazard. It's about your daughter that she was roleplayimg, did she really said something violent?

-.- first off, this wouldnt be a problem Minecraft as it is the game and mainly, this issue you are having is on this server, BrokenLens. Secondly, the only reason why we use the word "punish" would be because it best suits the context that we are using the word in. Yes, we could use a different word sch as mute or ban but that would only cover up one of the many parts that staff would have to do in order to keep things right. I quote a definition, "inflict a penalty or sanction on (someone) as retribution for an offense, especially a transgression of a legal or moral code." This word best descorbes the problem the staff deals with or has to do
