So The Watcher banned him. After the lag stopped (or lessened), he was banned. Let's let a staff member deal with the situation from here.

Our wifi is on the ground floor but he sit on the second which is his room, also there are our family and our neighbours using wifi so there are total 6 people using my wifi at that time

When I join, that sometimes happens to me. So it's possible. It just seems like an extremely unlikely sequence of events.

Your neighbors use your Wi-Fi too? Yes, that will cause some extreme Wi-Fi stress/lag, which then leads to your problem with the map not loading.

Yeah, I read it all over again, and it is VERY CONFUSING. It's just a very unlikely series of events that lead up to her brother being banned, and tbh I'm not sure if I believe it.

Nope, he lagging and of course lagging will spread into players freezing then he got disconnect

I think you are misunderstanding somewhere, he joined server, at that time map didn't load yet so he wouldn't know that BrokenLens, like I said, there are 6 people using wifi so it very laggy, and lag will spread into player freeze on screen, then wifi got disconnect and he out! He joined again later and noticed that he got perm ban

The time he got banned is after he joined the server, map not load yet, he accidentally tap jump two times and activate fly, he should be ban right after he activated but wifi lag so he still at the lobby and the next thing happen i already tell

And, where is the part he hacked? Are you saying he got banned because of lag?
Because the thread he did said that he was apolagizing of hacking.

She means he wouldn't know it was BrokenLens and not InPvP because the map didn't load.
