I don't believe you, so you aren’t getting another chance anytime soon.
You’ve bypassed over 10 times since your ban (with similar IGNs might I add), multiple bans were from various other staff members reporting flying/speed hacks etc. in various other games.
Your account is your responsibility, if you believed your ban was a mistake you should have made an appeal when you first got banned, which would have helped us believe the bypassing accounts weren't yours.
I am willing to give you another chance in 4 months. If you bypass again you will not be unbanned.
To help protect your account from siblings in the future keep a strong password in a safe place, and be sure to log out of your account when you are done playing.
