How to create a Ban Appeal
This thread/Tutorial is created to simplify the process because some appeals are too confusing.

First , Include the date & time you were banned. (Also time zone)

Second, Write the server that you were banned on.

Third, Write how many warning points you have after you were banned.

Fourth, Enter Your IGN

Fifth, Write your appeal, why you got banned and apoloigise for better chance.

Sixth, Add a screenshot.

Seventh Were you banned by an admin

Example :

Ban Appeal for ReownixCyanide

Time Banned | Timezone
2:00pm, GMT +8:00 Kuala Lumpur, Singapore

I never did apply for mod and I'm not asking,I'm allowed to help,I'Ve helped in many ban appeals before.All I'm saying is I want a screenshot and then when he gives the screenshot I tag the mods.If he doesn't give a screenshot then the mods can't help,and neither can anyone.
