It’s not a random player who banned you, it’s one of the staff. I guess, your new account got banned because your previous account was also banned. That counts as bypassing.

I’m not sure what you really meant, but if that’s what you really meant, then it’s bypassing which is bannable. I’ll tag a staff to help you out in your case. Goodluck!
