Hmm... what are the chances cause hackers do more than just use things such as toolbox. Some have the ability to get into the scripting of servers (not sure about it that much) like in the photos, IceHacker says that he has the permission to use the fly command, but of course you always have to look into it. It can be true or a hoax by either the suspect or the person reporting it. P.S. i'm too mouthful of explanations, srry

He 100% does not have permission, if he had permission he would be VIP or staff, and premium members along with staff can't fly in games, only in Lobby.If you really think he has permission, It's ok, but you can ask vertx yourself, no one but premium members and staff have permission to use the /fly on command.(And the command can also be used in Lobby, not games, as I have said)Hmm... what are the chances cause hackers do more than just use things such as toolbox. If I would think of a guy named IceHacker having the permission to fly by the owner, then it would be a different story, but idk what's the real point here. He could just be using toolbox to fly and lied about the permission thing, who knows. In the first photo, you can see him over the edge uncrouched, even though this is definitely not enough proof (needs to have the suspect like really flying up in the air practically).

Overall from examining the chatbox, he would've most likely have been lying about the permission and regular players, of course, don't have the permission to access anything on the server. But still, if it were a video of this situation, then more things could have been determined. Your welcome for now..
