if you drink to much water the liver wont take any more cuz its full and then it goes to your brain and whats so bad about this is that the brain get fatter and fatter too the point you DIE

you can drink a cup of water before eating so you'll eat a little bit less- and eat until you start feeling full... but NEVER stop eating just to lose weight. when you eat periodically, your body will start to store the food you take in form of fat because it doesn't know when you will eat again and it will lower your metabolism and such (which is the opposite of what u want when losing weight)

it never hurts to do exercise, doesn't have to be to the gym, there's plenty of videos in youtube- 5 minutes a day can be helpful in the long run

i never said you were fat either! you can also try to look for herbal teas that help weight loss. i think you'd be fine just drinking the 8 cups of water recommended :p but hey don't listen to me ksks i'm not a nutricionist
