Like I stated in my last report about this player, these are all the types of bans he has gotten (in order): Temp-ban, Perm-ban, IP-ban, UUID ban and XUID ban. He changed his Ign to something different this time, but still has the same skin and attitude. If he changes his Ign AND skin next time, we won't know it's him. Hopefully he won't and he will stay banned.
