Two guys hacking and flying

There are two guys on the TNT tag server (I forget the port) who have been flying around and winning solely because of their flying ability. In fact, I think I could have won a match if it weren't for this guys swooping in and tagging me. He didn't even do the parkour you needed to do the get where I was! I forget one of their names, but one of them was DARK_Lukas. I hope this helps people have also been bothered by him. Thanks!
