Reasons: The first player was using speed-hacks and the second player was using jump boost while asking me to team up with them. (That also would violate the server rules.)

It also looked like there was a third person who was fly-hacking towards a tree as I was reporting the second player but upon further review, I was mistaken and it's likely just lag given that their movement was normal afterwards. I made sure to speed up the sections where nothing is happening and I am just typing to reduce upload time and make things easier. Anyways, I hope this evidence is more than sufficient for the two players here.
