Technically, jailbreaking is not illegal, but it can be used for illegal purposes. For example, if you jailbreak and install vshare with Cydia, then you could be doing something illegal. (vshare lets you download paid apps for free) and I am not sure about opening minecraft PE with iTunes, because every time I want to extract a map I use iMazing.
EDIT: iMazing is a file editor for iDevices. You can edit certain files in the games codes with your Mac or PC. I believe with iTunes you can get the map file, but with iMazing you can take a map from one device to another by plugging them both into your computer. WARNING: if you want to say, take a world from your iPhone to your iPad, make sure that you DO NOT CLICK THE OVERRIDE FILE BUTTON. If you have a world on your iPad that is the same seed as the iPhone, iMazing will want to override the world when you paste the file in. Do not let it. I lost my best world because of this.

When your phone is jailbroken, you can do all sorts of cool stuff that is hidden in the ios code. For example: you cannot set your wallpaper as a GIF without a jailbreak, but with a jailbreak you can. One of the main points of jailbreaking is being able to edit the code of apps. You cannot do this without a computer.

-Make Your Map

-Download WinZip in PlayStore (Free)

-Open WinZip

-Storage > games > .minecraftmojang (something like that

- > Minecraftworld > Find your map

->Go on Internet

-write MediaFire (recommended)

-Sign Up

-Somewhere it will be wrote "Upload File" click on it and find your map

-Click On Your Map , OK

-Now Just Find The URL of your thing ( you have a share button)
