I was on brokenlens app and i bought a transfer ticket and went on the server and it wasnt popping up and wasn't working then I went back on app and bought it again and it worked this time and I changed my name but I wasted my money for that other tt that I never got so I was wondering if I could atleast get the tt that I never got added to my account

You would have to show both order ids or order confirmations
